Our Process

1. Fit & Focus Call
We start with a free discovery session to understand your goals, challenges, and where you are in your journey. This helps us determine whether we’re the right fit—and where we can offer the most value.
You’ll leave this session with clarity around your priorities and a strong sense of what working together could look like.
2. Custom Proposal
After the call, we’ll send a detailed proposal outlining the services that best align with your goals. This could include a tiered bundle, à la carte services, or a custom solution—depending on what your business needs most.
If an on-site visit is necessary (for audits, walkthroughs, etc.), it will be included in your proposal with a clear scope and cost.
3. Onboarding + Portal Access
Once the proposal is approved, we’ll onboard you into your private client portal. This is where you’ll schedule calls, access shared notes and resources, track progress, and upload or review documents.
We keep everything organized so you can stay focused on building—not managing the project.
4. Delivery + Support
We deliver the services outlined in your proposal through structured sessions, working documents, and implementation check-ins. Every step is tailored to your pace, your goals, and your capacity.
You’ll have access to your advisor throughout the engagement, with session recordings, shared notes, and next steps always documented.
5. Completion or Continuation
At the end of the engagement, we’ll recap what we’ve accomplished, review results, and provide any tools or documentation you need to move forward. If you’re ready for the next phase, we’ll map that out together.
